Message	Vehicles that have radar equipment on the car doesn't mean that it's this "pre-measuring" equipment. It could be the radar just turned off and they enforcing the speed by just being there. Also, I would like more information on this because it's very likely they are violating FCC laws by doing this. I would have to see more info to decide. Also, they really don't need this because there is instant on. For to do this process, it seems insane. I haven't heard much about it, but it sounds like a Hoax. Thanks for the info, but I need more of it. It just seems like a bunch of BS to me.
